Product Suitability: Many provinces and locations have laws, codes and regulations governing sales, storage, construction, installation and/or use of products for certain purposes, which may vary from those in neighboring areas. While The Suite Six attempts to ensure that its Products comply with such codes, it cannot guarantee compliance, and cannot be responsible for how Products are installed, stored, or used. Before purchase and use of a Product, please review the Product, as well as applicable national, provincial and local laws, codes and regulations, and be sure that the Product, as well as its installation, storage and use, complies with them.
Hazardous Materials Information: For the information of Buyers, The Suite Six has obtained Material Safety Data Sheets ("MSDS") and/or Safety Data Sheets (“SDS”) for all "controlled products" within the meaning of the Hazardous Products Act (Canada) and the Controlled Products Regulations made under that Act, in respect of Products offered for sale by The Suite Six. The MSDS in question conform with the requirements of provincial occupational health and safety legislation which regulates "hazardous material" and the applicable Workplace Hazardous Materials Information Systems Regulations made thereunder. Such MSDS are available online 24/7 at www.thesuitesix.ca or can be provided by any Suite Six sales representative. The information and recommendations contained in the applicable MSDS supplied/prepared by the manufacturer are considered to be accurate and reliable. However, The Suite Six makes no warranty with respect to the accuracy or reliability of the information or the suitability of the recommendations. The Suite Six disclaims any and all liability to any user thereof.
Cross-Reference Information: Product cross-reference comparisons do not imply that all products compared are available, or in the case of functional equivalency, that past performance and other characteristics are comparable. For critical applications, review specifications prior to purchase.
Manufacturers’ Sales Literature: The Suite Six may furnish sales brochures and other literature of the manufacturer. The Suite Six assumes no responsibility for such warranties or sales literature by performing this service.
SALES AND HANDLING TERMS
Terms: By placing an order, Buyers accept and agree to The Suite Six’s terms and conditions, including our satisfaction guarantee, which are subject to change without prior notice. The current terms and conditions, including the satisfaction guarantee, can be obtained at www.thesuitesix.com
Prices: All prices are listed in Canadian currency and are subject to change without notice. Quotations on large quantities are available on request. Contact your us at [email protected] further information. If we discover any price errors or issues with product specifications, they will be corrected immediately and the corrected price will apply to your order.
Sales tax: The Suite Six is required to charge goods and services tax and applicable provincial sales tax on items for which a sales tax exemption certification has not been provided. When ordering, please provide any valid exemption certificate.
Stewardship Fees: The Suite Six is required to charge stewardship fees for certain products in certain provinces and territories. These fees will be clearly marked on all invoices and cannot be avoided.
Product Availability and Special Orders/Non-stock: Products are subject to availability at time of order. If a product is out of stock, keep checking our website – as we refill stock regularly. Please note that some special orders may require manufacturer minimum order quantities to place an order, and may require additional shipping time.

Order for Export by Buyers: Suite Six offers Products only for delivery and use within Canada. Exporting of any products ordered from Suite Six outside of Canada is strictly prohibited. Suite Six does not extend any warranty, satisfaction guarantee, nor shall Suite Six be held responsible for any Product that is purchased from our site and then exported from Canada, without prior consent. This policy is non-negotiable and buyers who purchase products intended from export can have their accounts with www.thesuitesix.com cancelled.
Resale: Suite Six products offered for sale are sold to buyers primarily for personal use. Under no circumstances should a buyer attempt to resell our products for personal or financial gain.
Force Majeure: Suite Six shall not be liable for any damage, cost or loss of profit of Buyers or any delay or failure in delivery or for any failure to perform caused by a force beyond its control, including, but not limited to, an act of God, action or failure to act of any government or governmental board, commission, department, bureau or authority, confiscation, war, blockade, insurrection, invasion, quarantine restrictions, riot, sabotage, acts of the public enemy, flood, fire, explosion, epidemic, landslide, lightning, earthquake, storm, accident, strike, lockout, work slowdown, work stoppage, differences with workers, embargo, power failure or shortage and any delay or failure of supplies, equipment, labour or transportation.
Freight Policy: Freight is F.O.B. shipping point. Suite Six reserves the right to charge freight and handling fees, including, without limitation, fees for small orders, HAZMAT fees, fuel surcharge, rural and/or rush deliveries or special handling. All shipping is calculated at the time of order through our online shipping calculator.
Title and Risk of Loss: Title and Risk of Loss in the Products pass to Buyers at the time of shipment from Suite Six. If Product is damaged in transit, Buyers must file a claim with the carrier. If Products are undeliverable for 2 days, carrier will return them to Suite Six and additional charges may apply.
Return Policy: Special Order items are non-returnable. Any cancellation or return must be approved by Suite Six (in its discretion), be accompanied by proof of purchase, and may be subject to restocking fees or other charges. Any returns due to shipping errors, damage or loss must be reported to Suite Six immediately. For returns not related to damage or loss during shipping, Product must be returned within 30 days of shipment and be unused, in original package and box quantity, and in resalable condition. Returns can be made to any Suite Six location or through a return shipment – which needs to be arranged by emailing [email protected]. Suite Six will only accept returns on Products shown on this website. Some exceptions may apply.
Assignment: Buyers shall not assign any order or any interest therein without the written consent of Suite Six and any such actual or attempted assignment shall entitle Suite Six to cancel such order upon notice to Buyers.
Modification of Terms: No addition to or modification of terms and conditions shall be binding on Suite Six unless agreed to by Suite Six in writing, and Suite Six’s acceptance of any order shall not be construed as assent to any additional terms and conditions.
Jurisdiction: This Agreement is conclusively deemed to be a contract made under the laws of the Province of Ontario, and for all purposes is to be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.
Language: Both parties have requested and agreed that this agreement and any ancillary documents relating hereto shall be drawn up in the English language only. Sur demande et en conformité à la Charte de la langue française au Québec, ce document est disponible dans la langue française.
Mediation/Arbitration: Suite Six and Buyers will attempt to settle any claim or controversy arising out of this agreement through consultation and negotiation in good faith and in a spirit of mutual co-operation. If those attempts fail, then the dispute will be mediated by a mutually acceptable mediator to be chosen by Suite Six and the Buyers.
E-COMMERCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By proceeding to place an order with Suite Six (“us” or “we”) through www.thesuitesix.com (“our Website”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this contract (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms, do not check the box “I agree to Suite Six’s Terms and Conditions of sale” and do not proceed with your order. Please retain a copy of the Terms. In the event of a conflict between these E-Commerce Terms and Conditions and the Suite Six Master Terms and Conditions, these E-Commerce Terms and Conditions shall govern.
Availability of Products: Products listed on our Website may not be available at the time you make your order. Your order is subject to availability of products.
Acceptance of Orders: The descriptions of products on our Website are invitations for you to make an offer to purchase. Once you place an order, we will e-mail you an order summary to the e-mail address that you provided for the purpose of us sending notices to you. Receiving this email does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Your order will only be accepted once the goods are ready to be shipped and payment has been processed. We reserve the right to accept or reject the order once you have completed and placed your order. We also reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, even if payment has already been made. If payment has already been made, we will refund the payment to the credit card or other payment method you provided for payment.

Payment: During the check-out process you will be provided with a list of the goods you are purchasing, their price, and a list of any additional charges. The total is set out in Canadian dollars and includes shipping and handling fees and applicable taxes. Shipments: The cost of shipping will be provided at the time of check-out. The actual cost of shipping will be calculated at time of order by our online shipping calculator system, EasyPost. We use third-party carriers to ship our products to you. We are not responsible for the loss of any products once the order has been shipped to the delivery address you provided.

Applicable Law: The Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without reference to conflict of laws principles, unless the applicable laws of your province of residence require that the laws of such province govern, in which case, the laws of such province are to govern. The exclusive jurisdiction for any claim, action or dispute with us will be in the courts of the province of Ontario unless required otherwise by applicable laws of your province of residence.
Severability: If any provision or part of a provision of the Terms is determined to be unenforceable by reason of applicable laws, it shall be severed from the rest of the Terms, which will continue to apply.
Entire Agreement and Notices: The Terms, your purchase and our confirmation of shipping constitute our entire agreement with you. Any notices required or permitted to be given under the Terms or applicable laws may be given to you at the e-mail address you provided to us during your order. Any notice given to you will be effective for 60 days after we send the notice to you, irrespective of whether you receive it or it is returned to us as undeliverable.

SUITE SIX SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
This limited satisfaction guarantee represents Suite Six’s commitment to our customers and our efforts in ensuring the quality of the products we offer. If you are dissatisfied with the performance of any product purchased from Suite Six, we ask you to please contact us at [email protected] to arrange for a product exchange or refund. Use of this policy must be made within 30 days of original purchase. After 30 days, this satisfaction guarantee cannot be utilized, without prior written consent.
Warranty on Styling Tools: All Styling Tools purchased from Suite Six are not warrantied by Suite Six. Warranties on Styling Tools are offered by the manufacturer of the product and Suite Six does not handle any warranty issue on Styling Tools. If for any reason, your Styling Tools are deemed to be defective or DOA, you may return your tools for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase.
Suite Six’s consumable products offered for sale are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer’s defect upon delivery but do not carry any further warranty unless specifically expressed on the product itself. Consumable products include but are not limited to: Shampoo, conditioner, leave in treatments, dry shampoos, heat protector serums, or any other liquid or hair care treatment product, also includes, nail polish, nail treatments, and other beauty consumable use product.
This satisfaction guarantee is non-transferrable and can only be availed by the original purchaser of the product. A proof of purchase is required for all satisfaction guarantee claims.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF SUITE SIX PRODUCTS WITH A MANUFACTURER WARRANTY, AS PROVIDED HEREIN, IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. SUITE SIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, ECONOMIC OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST REVENUES, LOST PROFITS, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT AND/OR IN NEGLIGENCE, AND THIRD PARTY CLAIMS, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, LABOUR COSTS, INSTALLATION CHARGES, TELEPHONE CHARGES, OR TRANSPORTATION CHARGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE REPLACEMENT AND/OR REPAIR OF DEFECTIVE PARTS OR PRODUCTS.
Suite Six assumes no liability whatsoever with regard to the original purchaser’s compliance or fulfillment of its obligations with respect to any statute, regulation, or by-law. Please note that you may have different and/or additional rights under provincial or territorial law.
